RETURNS

Manufactured with the utmost care by a passionate team using cutting-edge technology, Interbois wood components guarantee an impeccable and lasting result.

We warrant the product you have purchased against any manufacturing defects. To comply with our warranty policy, please read the feature and warning information that apply to your product based on its characteristics.

If the product does not conform to the warranty, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Note that Interbois reserves the right to refuse any returned product.

If you are not fully satisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it by mail within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. You can choose to receive either a replacement item or a refund (not including shipping costs). The materials must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product once the package is received. Interbois’s liability is limited to the replacement of non-compliant products. The warranty does not cover finishing or installation or any associated costs. Furthermore, products that have been modified in any way (painted, cut, etc.) will not be accepted for return.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product once the package is received.
  • Email service@interbois.ca within thirty (30) days with a description of the non-conformity and the original purchase invoice. Claims sent after thirty (30) days will not be accepted.
  • Wait for INTERBOIS’s approval before returning the materials.
  • The materials must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges will apply.
  • INTERBOIS reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim or return request.
  • INTERBOIS’s liability is limited to the replacement of non-compliant products.
  • Before it can assess whether the claim is admissible, INTERBOIS will investigate the claim to determine the cause.

 

EXCLUDED FROM ANY WARRANTY OR CLAIM

  • Requests for returns or refunds after thirty (30) days of purchase.
  • Special (non-standard) orders.
  • Products that have been manipulated, damaged or modified (painted, cut, etc.).
  • Materials that have been damaged due to improper storage, installation or weather conditions.
  • Cost of installation and finishing (painting, etc.).
  • Products bought on sale.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Interbois replaces items covered by our warranty policy if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@interbois.ca.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm that the item was received. We will also inform you of whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received your refund, first double-check your bank account.

If you do not see your refund, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund shows up on your statement.

If you are still concerned, contact your bank. It often takes time for banks to process refunds before they show up on your statement.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Delivery times for replacement products may vary according to the delivery address.

If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
