O’gees are perfect to harmonize where walls and ceiling meet, the enhance the décor of a room in a beautiful way. They can also de added-on wood furniture for style. When cutting the left and right inner corners of the ogees, trim the back tip with an Exacto knife. This will make adjustments easier, because the corners of walls are never perfectly at 90 degrees.

The term MDF signifies medium density wood fibers. This panel is made of wood fibers and a synthetic binder from a continuous industrial process. It is subjected to temperature and pressure constraints.Features and Benefits:

Less expensive than solid wood;
Sold with two water-based basecoats;
Ready to receive finish paint;
A flawless smooth flat surface that is uniform, dense and free of knots or grain patterns.

Specifics and Warnings:MDF moldings are sensitive to humidity and temperature fluctuations. Unless a coat of paint is applied on all four sides of the molding it is not recommended to use them in the basement or in the bathroom. Seal the top and bottom of the molding with a suitable product after installation.

MDF is directly affected by ambient temperature and relative humidity. This material may contract or expand depending on these factors. 48 to 72 hours before installation allow the MDF to acclimate to air and ambient heat. Do not store it for long term in the basement or in an unheated garage.
