NO 1 – A year-round Job
Our business sector is characterized by seasonal work and consequently during the year there may be a portion of unemployment to be filled, especially during the winter months. But for more than two years now at Interbois, no full-time employee has been temporarily laid off. Interbois is sailing in the wind!
NO 2 – A summer vacation you can count on
Are you dreaming of having your summer vacation at the same time as everyone else? At Interbois, our plant is closed for the Quebec Construction holidays.
Next summer, the annual vacations will take place from July 23 to August 5, 2017.
NO 3 – Winter holidays with additional courtesy’s
For the Christmas Holiday season, we also follow the Quebec Construction schedule and close our doors for 2 weeks. In addition to the 2-day statutory holidays that are paid to the employee, we add 4 more days’ courtesy of the company. So, a total of 6 days paid (3-days paid per week).
This winter our vacation will take place from December 24, 2017 to January 6, 2018.
NO 4 – Friday afternoons are off
Day shift: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am
40 hours of work over 4-1 / 2 days.
